I remember the cooling winds of the Harmattan turning the sky a blazing maroon hue. It marked the end of the hot season (in Africa they're all hot) and covered everything in red dust. I have a picture of me and a guy called Vector covered head to toe in the red dust, with no resorts to shower at for thousands of miles...
